Follow the steps below to place an order on our Laptop Spares.
1. Add to CartTo add an item to your cart, select on the product page.
2. Review Shopping CartAfter you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct part quantity by selecting cart icon at the top of any page on Laptop Spares.
3. Proceed to CheckoutWhen you are ready to order, select the Yellow button "Proceed to Checkout" located in your shopping cart.

Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply create a new account.

5. Enter a Billing AddressEnter your complete billing address.
6. Enter a Shipping AddressIf your shipping address is the same as the billing address, check the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box.
7. Payment InformationSelect your method of payment. View acceptable payment methods here.
Please note your preferred payment Information and make payment to that account.
8. Select Delivery OptionsReview your order, change shipping options if necessary.
9. Complete orderReview all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “ Complete order” to complete the order.
Do not click " Complete order" more than once, or the system will duplicate your order.
An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number.
We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you.
10. Check Your Order StatusIf, at any time, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days only in order to refund your payment within 1-2 working days. Shipping charges will be refunded (in case of faulty or wrong product) only if the customer return the product via Pakistan Post. Customer's wrong placed order or non faulty returned product's shipping charges will not be refunded. If a customer wants to return a product without any fault then the product must be in resalable condition. You will send us back your faulty product at our office address and we will check your product's fault and then replace on same day or refund you within 1-2 working days.
